MSN及SKYPE無法登入

我知道現在MSN及SKYPE整合了、
但我用別台電腦可以登入MSN及SKYPE、
但用現在這台筆電就是無法登入、
MSN顯示的訊是：
目前無法取得您的連絡人清單、請稍後再試
錯誤碼是：80072f0d

SKYPE也無法用MSN帳號連上去、

再強調一次、用別台電腦都可以登入MSN及
用MSN帳號登入SKYPE

誰可以幫幫我啊?
