南茂科技 19日興櫃掛牌

（中央社記者張榮祥台南2013年4月18日電）IC封測大廠南茂科技今天表示，南茂科技明天將登錄興櫃掛牌交易。

南茂科技成立於民國86年7月，目前實收資本額為新台幣84億3000萬元，主要業務為各種積體電路封裝測試，主要封裝產品包括記憶體IC、液晶顯示器驅動IC及邏輯/混合訊號IC，在台灣、中國大陸及美國等共取得逾800個技術專利。

南茂科技生產基地涵蓋竹科廠、南科廠、竹北廠等，其中液晶顯示器驅動IC封裝測試產能排名全世界第一位。
