USB插有裝置電腦就無法開機一直重新啟動

如題 一開始發現這問題是換了USB滑鼠之後電腦開機到了選擇使用者登入的地方就會重新開機然後就一直重複這樣的動作無法順利開機 後來把USB滑鼠拔起才能開機 後來更發現只要我USB上有插裝置電腦就會一直重啟無法開機

作業系統XP 目前已知會造成無法開機的裝置有 滑鼠 印表機 隨身碟 讀卡機 這些裝置在開機後再插入都能正常使用 目前USB只剩一個有接電源的外接硬碟可以在插入情況下正常開機(非系統碟只是儲存資料)
