傳夏普將供應三星IGZO面板

（中央社台北2013年4月19日電）根據彭博社，「日經新聞」（Nikkei）未引述消息來源報導，夏普（SharpJP-6753）將供應銦鎵鋅氧化物（IGZO）面板給三星電子（Samsung KR-005930）。

「日經新聞」指出，用於筆記型電腦的IGZO面板出貨最快夏季展開。

根據報導，11.6吋IGZO面板由夏普的龜山（Kameyama）廠生產。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
