迦納沒收1億多個陸產劣質保險套

（中央社台北2013年4月20日電）國際間，特別是AIDS盛行的非洲地區，保險套成為防堵AIDS擴散的重要工具。不過迦納海關最近沒收1.1億個大陸產製保險套，因為這些套子有破洞且容易破裂。

英國廣播公司（BBC）報導，迦納應該是透過肯亞的中間商從中國購買2億個保險套，原本計畫免費發放給民眾。

迦納食品藥品管理局發布警告，呼籲民眾不要再用這些中國製保險套。

BBC駐迦納記者說，根據官方提供的照片，這些保險套是銀色包裝，上面印有防治AIDS行動的紅絲帶標誌，並印有英文的「安全」字樣。

迦納食品藥品管理局官員對BBC承認，他們沒有在分發保險套前進行足夠的檢查。
