英控GSK 濫用市場獨占地位

（中央社倫敦2013年4月19日綜合外電報導）英國公平交易局（OFT）指控葛蘭素史克藥廠（GSK）與3家生產非專利藥藥廠達成協議，付錢請這些藥廠延後推出價格便宜的抗憂鬱藥物paroxetine。

GSK以品牌名克憂果（Seroxat）販售這種暢銷藥物。

英國最大藥廠GSK表示，一切遵照法律行事。GSK倘若被查出違反法令，可能遭罰全球營收的10%。GSK去年營收達264億英鎊（404億美元）。

繼美國與歐洲反托辣斯官員對藥廠展開一系列調查後，OFT此舉是監管機構試圖遏止「花錢買延推」協議的最新案例。

OFT今天指控，GSK與雅來藥廠（Alpharma）、英國Generics及Norton Healthcare，就抗憂鬱藥物paroxetine的供應達成反競爭協議。

OFT控訴，非專利藥廠試圖與克憂果競爭時，GSK聲稱他們的產品將侵犯GSK專利，為了化解爭議，這些藥廠最後選擇與GSK達成協議。
