核電廠漸除役 義發展核廢清理

（中央社記者鄭傑憶羅馬2013年4月19日專電）義大利的核電廠陸續關閉，世界各國共有100多座核子反應爐準備除役。義大利梭淨公司表示，核電廠拆除及環境復原、核廢料清理等需求將在全球創造6000多億歐元商機。

由政府投資的義大利梭淨公司（Sogin）成立於2001年，首要的任務是拆除境內4座停止運轉的核電廠，並處理核廢料和恢復鄰近受輻射污染的環境。

同時，全球約有140座核子反應爐將陸續進入必須除役的階段。

梭淨公司執行長努齊（Giuseppe Nucci）告訴網路媒體「信件43」（Lettera 43）說，拆除這些反應爐約需投資1650億歐元，若再加上清除相關廢料、原廠址環境恢復，共需要投資6060億歐元。

努齊說，在未來15年裡，義大利除役核電廠的清理工作大約要耗資65億歐元，不過這可以創造1萬2000個工作機會。

梭淨也負責處理低輻射性醫療廢棄物。努齊說，梭淨公司還要拓展國際市場，目前與東歐地區已有密切合作。
