psp記憶卡

我前天拿去改機從5.50Prome-4改成6.20PRO-b10，改完機遊戲存檔有些會損毀，我把記憶卡抽出來，直接拿去PC格式化，再拿回來psp格式化，格好幾次他次他不是說讀不到就是無法格式化，記憶卡保證沒掛，我有兩張都是這樣，有什麼辦法可以搞定嗎?希望改善我的冏況，本人最近很窮，盡量教我如何自己處理
