VAIO 筆電玩LOL

我目前的筆電是VAIO
型號:VPCEB25FW
顯卡:ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145
處理器:intel Core i3-350M 2.26GHz
Win7-64bit

我大約今年3月初開始玩lol.剛開始玩非常順暢完全沒有lag問題
而且在loading畫面我也是前面幾個跑完的
但是從4月開始就出現延遲的現象.
這周3更新完後更誇張.會戰時FPS只剩10左右.畫面會一格一格跳
真的頓到有點玩不下去.懷疑是不是因為遊戲更新所以電腦硬體配備跟不上了
(網路是中華光纖50.應該可以排除網路問題)

我先前有自己上網看了一些資料.
FPS過低似乎跟顯卡有關西.
因為我對電腦真的不懂，想請教是否有方法調整電腦
最少可以順暢的跑遊戲不LAG
另外，筆電有辦法自行更換升級硬體嘛?
或者如果這電腦真的沒辦法用，請推薦我組裝電腦的店家(限桃園中壢地區)

PS:不用給我調影像設定的方法.我都試過了真的沒幫助
