聯想：正與第三方就收購事項進行初步磋商

大陸聯想集團(0992.HK)19日發布公告表示，針對若干關於公司可能收購若干電腦伺服器業務的報導，公司董事會已留意到。聯想於公告中表示，正就一起潛在收購事項與第三方進行初步磋商。

聯想表示，截至今日有關潛在收購事項的重要條款尚未達成，且公司尚未就潛在收購事項簽立任何最終協議。

據華爾街日報引述知情人士透露，IBM正在與聯想集團就出售部分伺服器業務進行高級別談判。據悉，此次談判所涉及的業務是IBM的x86伺服器業務。

聯想集團19日股價勁揚，收於7.06港元，上漲9.46%。
