遠通：不排除延長加倍返還

遠通電收今天表示，遠通不排除延長加倍返還的期限和返還倍數，遠通電收會在今年內做檢討，研議是否建立長期的補償機制。

國道計程收費上路後狀況不斷，遠通電收被民眾罵翻，遠通承諾在計程收費元年期間，有錯誤扣款都會加倍返還。交通部長葉匡時昨天撂下重話，遠通電收若到年底還發生問題，會考慮終止合約可能性。遠通電收發言人周世惠表示，遠通電收不排除建立長期的補償機制。

對於是否延長加倍返還的年限，以及加幾倍奉還才是合理，周世惠說，遠通電收會在今年內做檢討，了解用路人的滿意度和接受度。

交通部高速公路局副局長吳木富表示，遠通電收願提升客戶服務品質的保障，高公局樂見其成。

【中央社台北十一日電】民眾投訴eTag帳戶發生重複加值，又莫名被扣除。遠通電收今天表示，若發生重複儲值都會扣除，客服會致電告知民眾。

高公局副局長吳木富說，加值金額正確性和資安方面的稽核報告，最快下周可出爐；扣款正確性部分，因涉及的抽樣樣本數較多，需要花較多時間。
