協議敲定 梅克爾與社民黨組政府

德國總理梅克爾(Angela Merkel)今天(27日)與社會民主黨(SPD)達成協議，合組「大聯合政府」。

梅克爾領導的基督教民主黨(CDU)和巴伐利亞邦姊妹黨基督教社會聯盟(CSU)，在與社會民主黨歷經17個小時的馬拉松協商後，終於敲定協議內容，將呈交給3黨共75名代表。

最後這輪政治協商中，中間偏左的社民黨取得多項重要讓步，包括自2015年起訂立全國最低薪資門檻；而梅克爾則堅守其立場，反對向富人增稅。

如今梅克爾可望於12月17日宣誓就職，第三度成為歐洲最大經濟體德國的領袖；但前方仍有關鍵阻礙，就是社民黨黨員下月必須投票表決，通過「大聯合政府」提案。

社民黨祕書長那勒斯(Andrea Nahles)凌晨表示，「我們談判到最後一刻；我相信這份協議內容已可以交給黨員過目」。

基民黨祕書長古爾(Hermann Groehe)則說，「協商結果有利於整個德國，而且處處可見基民黨一貫的原則」。

整體而言，各方都同意，在2017年前額外支出與投資的金額為230億歐元(約320億美元)。
