綠：藍推國會改革 要架空王金平

國民黨團成立「議事效率提升改革小組」，研擬修正「立法院組織法」等規定，將成立黨團門檻由現行3人改為4人以上，且未來法案超過1個月朝野協商「冷凍期」後，就應交付表決，還有協商過程應公開透明、尊重委員會專業等改革內容。

民進黨團幹事長高志鵬則說，這個方案針對性太強，明顯「假改革之名，行架空立法院長王金平、消滅小黨之實，要遂行多數暴力」。民進黨團支持國會改革，但應該要把程序委員會變成「國民黨太上委員會」的問題一併解決，且國會改革應該是朝野一起研商，不是國民黨關起門來說了算。
