于美人James法庭碰頭　對簿公堂雙擇噤聲

于美人婚變消息延燒，法院25日起連傳四天，今（28日）夫妻倆首度對簿公堂，反觀雙方日前接連出招，今日出庭態度漸趨低調，于現身僅說「一言難盡」，律師賴芳玉表示樂見司法平台讓雙方溝通：「將釐清孩子居住安排、扶養費如何分擔等親權行使進行調節。」James則不發一語快速步入，律師葉光洲不停強調「先讓我們安靜一下」。

日前James泣訴聲明展開柔情喊話攻勢，要妻撤銷告訴；而于美人緊接著在節目中談論兒子Max患眼疾、以淚相對哭得不能自我，更揭露遭夫恐嚇，「他把存摺、印章和小孩護照都拿走，要我匯6800萬到他戶頭，說協助我恢復名譽，再也沒有人可以拿這些話來威脅我！」面對外界紛擾言論，她稱：「相信我的人，我謝謝你們；不相信我的人，我尊重你們。」

昨James表舅坦認5月18日雙方確實有見面協商，「那天她（于美人）帶著律師，James則是和朋友一起。」接著聲援反駁：「那些東西本來就在James包包裡，不是被偷走的。」並稱：「她本來同意6800萬這個金額，是用來支付小孩教育費和醫療費，沒有說什麼時候、要怎麼付，後來竟聽到她說James是在恐嚇，那拿出證據啊！」

律師葉光洲昨晚間代James發出聲明，稱在分居狀態中，他是進入自己承租房屋內，「拿取自己與兒子衣物，竟遭妻子、岳母提告侵入住宅，岳母告恐嚇及家庭暴力。」James表明結婚16年來，從未威脅和恐嚇家人，「更無要妻子將6800萬元匯入本人名下，勿對外散布不實且損及婚姻關係之話語。」外界質疑于美人舉動恐是在塑造James愛錢及「吃軟飯」形象，葉則堅稱：「協調過程中，我們都有蒐證。」
