性侵殺女童免死 女童父怨廢死

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣27日電）性侵殺害雲林葉姓國中少女的性侵累犯林國政，今天獲最高法院改判無期徒刑確定。女父親表示，台灣當前廢死聲浪高，心裡早有預感改判，只能無奈接受。

2年前的3月，雲林縣莿桐鄉傳出國二葉姓少女遭性侵殺害棄屍，震驚社會，凶手林國政是性侵累犯，甫出獄又犯案，鄉民氣憤群起指責，其家人從此搬離。

一審、二審都被判死刑的林國政，三審由最高法院依強制性交殺人罪判處林國政無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身定讞，消息傳回莿桐，葉爸爸不敢讓葉媽媽知道，怕她情緒受影響。

葉爸爸說，心裡早有預感會改判無期徒刑，一條人命這樣葬送，凶手只判無期徒刑，在台灣當前廢除死刑聲浪高張氛圍下，對此結果只能無奈接受。

葉爸爸表示，凶手被判無期徒刑，將來仍可能假釋，以他的年齡計算，出獄時年齡可能僅50多歲，還是有犯案可能，受傷最深的仍是被害人和家屬，司法制度令人無奈，也只能接受。1020627
