【大紀元2013年06月26日訊】（大紀元記者賴友容台灣台南報導）就讀嘉南藥理科大餐管系的陳雅茹參加勞委會職訓局推動的「雙軌訓練旗艦計畫」，現在她一邊在王品集團工作，一邊在大學念書，只要通過公司的培訓課程，就有正式員工資格，未來一畢業馬上成為王品旗下一員。

台南職訓中心主任施貞仰指出，雙軌訓練旗艦計畫在於減少學用落差，學生在念書時就可獲得工作經驗，企業也可從學習階段開始培訓人才，解決企業找不到人才的窘境。

陳雅茹表示，一邊唸書一邊工作雖然很累，卻相當值得。她也慶幸能從中學到技能，提早在職場中卡位。今年職訓局規劃了2千多個名額，參與這項計畫的學生除獲得訓練津貼外，還由職訓局補助一半學費。◇
