避震器多久換一次，發現我被原廠坑勒

我豐田altis，我倒車時候，三不五時會有很大聲(扣的聲音),原廠當時是跟我說避震器出問題，也檢測出引擎腳有問題，我四只避震器，引擎腳，和一些小零件全部共2萬五，我修完到今天共2個月又兩天，現在倒車又發現有扣的聲音，我跑全原廠，另一位原廠修車員，跟我說後煞車盤X2和後煞車塊加煞車異音防止前全部共3820元，我覺得好像被當凱子，第一次花兩萬五現在又花 三千八，不知道這樣算正常嗎?

Ps豐田修車員跟我說20萬里程換避震器剛剛好，這樣對嗎?
