拉美三國提供史諾登庇護

拉丁美洲三個國家，其中包括「尼加拉瓜」「委內瑞拉」及「玻利維亞」都已表示願意提供美國情報揭秘者「史諾登」政治庇護。

一般相信，「史諾登」目前仍滯留在「莫斯科」機場過境區；「委內瑞拉」總統「馬杜洛」表示，願意庇護勇敢揭密的「史諾登」。尼加拉瓜總統「歐泰加」說，若情況許可，他的國家也願意這麼做。玻利維亞總統「莫拉雷斯」也表示，如果「史諾登」提出申請，他願意應允庇護。

在此之前，「史諾登」向21個國家提出庇護申請，但許多國家都已回絕。「維基解密」表示，「史諾登」周五又向另外6個國家提出申請。不過，為了避免美國干預，因此沒有公布是哪六國。

外電報導，即使有國家同意庇護「史諾登」，要落實也有困難；因為多數歐洲國家都拒絕疑似載有「史諾登」的飛機通過領空。這星期稍早，玻利維亞總統「莫拉雷斯」的座機就因為被懷疑可能搭載「史諾登」，遭法國葡萄牙等國拒絕，被迫繞道轉降奧地利。

現在「史諾登」面臨的難題是如何離開「莫斯科」，前往給予他庇護的國家。
