北京打造美式社區 千棟豪宅迅速完銷

社區招牌、66號公路、有煙囪的房子，這裡不是美國，而是北京近郊，山寨版的美國住宅區，不止外觀有美國味，屋內裝潢，還有美國星條旗。女屋主安妮：「像那個就是美國的獨立宣言。」
男屋主呂軍：「因為很多人其實去過美國，很享受那裡的環境，那些沒去過的人覺得，這是真實的美國，他們很喜歡。」
崇尚美國生活，5年前呂軍夫婦以大約1200萬台幣價格，買下這棟美式房屋，如今，房價翻倍漲，大一點的，喊價3千萬台幣，依舊搶手。CNN記者：「北京傑克森谷有1千戶獨棟的房子，幾乎全賣光，但是建商沒有停手，下一個階段2千戶的透天厝，要蓋像加州城裡的樣子。」
建商：「那些可以買的起這裡房子的屋主，他們有足夠的錢，它們想要自由，和精神層面的滿足。」
社區正中央，還蓋了一座美式教堂，住在這裡，感覺就像住在美國，建商說，買下這種仿美式獨棟屋的客戶，很多是海歸派，他們喜歡在美國留學的居住感覺，不然就是有錢、受過高等教育、追求美國夢的年輕人，由於第一期熱銷，建商還打算加碼，蓋一批模仿加州建築氛圍的社區。
